Random question; i was told that Hitchcock makes an appearance in each of his films, but i was wondering if anyone knew where he was in films such as Rebecca, Spellbound and Notorious....?

He is the man walking past a phone booth just after Jack Favell (George Sanders) makes a call in the final part of the movie.

Spellbound -

about 40 minutes in, coming out of the elevator at the Empire Hotel carrying a violin case and smoking a cigarette

Notorious -

about an hour in, drinking champagne at the party in Alexander Sebastian's mansion.

There is only one Hitchcock film in which he doesn't make an appearance - I read this recently but can't remember which one it was!
