I've sussed it out Cider, they were dressed as Christine from Phantom of the Opera to accompany the Phantoms namely Graham and Jamie

No idea but it always amuses me that on soaps whenever they have a fancy dress do the costumes are so elaborate - the costume department must have a field day but lets face it its hardly representative of real life, most fancy dress events I've been to have been a real mish mash of cobbled together outfits.
