yep for sure! when there's high pressure in the atmosphere then we're really happy, when its low pressure i.e. raining then there is less oxygen and so we r moody and tired, which is why i really cudnt b bothered too do anything today.
There is a recognised condition - Seasonal Affected Disorder - S.A.D. - which occurs in people who require a certain amount of ultra-violet light. This can affect their moods during autumn and winter, when there is less daylight, making them lethargic and occasionally irritable.
SAD isnt specifically UV related. Its visible light, which triggers the serotonin/melatonin cascade. Malfunction of this can cause depresion and sleep disorders. Also , ask any teacher. Classes become less controllable in windy weather.
