Darling husband has got me a stove top pressure cooker. It is just literally the pot and lid.
a) do I need to get trivets and other gubbins to go inside it? I guess they might be useful if I want to do anything other than stew or soup.
b) can anyone recommend a really good Pressure cooker recipe book?
c) Anyone want a husband? I have one going spare.

If you have a branch of cheapo shop The Works near, you will find a good selection of all sorts of recipe books including those for "specialist" equipment eg pressure cookers, slow cookers, air fryers etc....and very cheap too!

The BBC Good Food website is often used by people suggesting recipes here on AB. The website itself hasn't got many recipes for pressure cookers but they've produced a book that's dirt cheap (at £3.99), which might be worth taking a look at:
