Sore Throat And Swollen Gland

Hi, throat is insanely sore, swallowing feels like there are shards of glass there and my gland on right hand side of my neck is swollen.
Now I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about and I won’t bother the dr, but what an I take to reduce the pain and make it easier to swAllow?

Ok drama time, I can no longer swallow food, tablets or even liquid.
I think it’s time to go back to the drs

Sqad one minute I’m boiling next I’m freezing, if I do manage to take a tablet it’s gets stuck at the back of my throat.
