Not that I know of Bob
Apart from your TV licence that is
No, no charge from the BBC. If you have an "uncapped" broadband package, you will not be charged extra for watching anything on catch-up services. If you happen to have a "capped" package (ie one with a limit) you must monitor your broadband use, in case you go over the limit....then, you WILL be charged extra.
If you use catch-up services often, you should really go for an "uncapped" broadband package.
....having said that, I'm not sure if any providers still have a "capped" service....you need to check.
You must have a TV Licence. After that there is no charge. Your internet provider may charge you more if your streaming usage increases.
Watching programmes on iPlayer requires a TV licence. That's the only payment you need make to the BBC.

Your BT phone bill, per se, is unaffected but you might get charged for the data you've used by your ISP. (That could be BT but it could equally likely be Plusnet, TalkTalk, Post Office, Sky, Claranet or any one of many other companies). That's unlikely these days, as most broadband packages offer unlimited data but people still using 'capped' services might get charged if they use more data in a month than their contract provides for.
....bit slow, Chris....!
Assume you have a TV licence and that includes iPlayer. Do you mean your Phone Data Allowance is being used up connecting to the Internet ? That will be the case unless you select Wi Fi instead of Data on your phone settings.
