Surely its time to call another election and exclude the previous uncooperatve incumbents as Stormont has not been sitting for 1033 days. I believe they are still being part paid - why

I'm fairly sure that no party can be excluded from an election. It's called democracy, you don't have to agree with the parties, but you can't silence them.

I wasnt suggesting that just the people who wont attend, no problem with other members of their party sstanding as long as they attend and run their country.
