They spent £13,800,000 hiring ferries which didn't even exist, for the Brexit they didn't deliver.

They spent £100,000,000 for a Get Ready For Brexit campaign for their second Brexit non-event.

In over two years they've funded repairs for just one solitary building to ensure people can feel safe from burning to death in their own homes.

Now who still wants to vote Tory - not me.

b) is all the spending you consider to be wasted.
a) is the fund Labour promised to set up, in their first year in power, to fight (imaginary) Climate Change.
From what we already know about Climate Change Funds, this is brilliant news for expensive prostitutes and casinos.
