deleted windows, but now want it back!
4 Answers
I stupidly installed linux on to my computer over my copy of Windows XP, however my computer did not come with a copy of the disks to re-install should something happen, so i now have a computer that i can use but not to it's fullest potential, i have the product key number, that is still intact, however no way of installing it, does anyone know where/how i would be able to get a legal copy of the intasllation disks without buying a whole new copy of Windows,
Thanks

If it is still on there then open a command window and delete your MBR (http://linuxgazette.net/issue63/okopnik.html)
When you reboot it may offer you the chance to boot with Linux and/or Windows.
Why the hell do you want Windows back anyway? Why not try the Ubuntu distro of linux. http://www.ubuntu.com/
