downloaded some updates on w10 now i get a blue window
which says get tailored experiences with diagnostic data
using w10 chrome cannot rid of it

2) Privacy
3) Diagnostics & feedback
4) Switch off Tailored experiences

Click the Windows icon bottom left corner
Click the Gear icon
Click "Privacy"
On the left of the screen, click "Diagnostics & feedback"
Scroll down to "Tailored experiences"
Toggle the switch to "Off"
Close the settings Window

After rebooting the machine, have you gone back into the settings screen after making the change I suggested? It is off or on?

i can get nothing while the blue screen is showing

I appreciate that the blue screen fills covers the majority of the desktop while it's running, but surely you can close it with the left arrow in the top left corner?

just clicked on arrow another blue page pops up

So keep clicking the arrow until the Settings disappear.

i clicked on f9 got a news page clicked to download its hidden behind that awful blue screen
it says on screen something to do with voice recognition
