Further to my ineptitude on the internet I cancelled an order on Amazon because the description on the order was the wrong size.

Amazon cancelled and didn’t deliver it.

But I don’t know if a. I have or will get a refund ( I paid with my debit card and b. If I should order the right size before I know if I have been refunded yet.

What I actually want to do is talk to an actual person in customer services that can help but I keep getting pushed from page to page that doesn’t help.

So, finally a question... Does anyone have a number I can call to an actual person please?

I managed to get the number more easily from your Alba’s link but that’s probably because it was a direct link to a number lol

Have you checked that the money has actually been debited from your account? Amazon don't usually take payment until the goods are dispatched.
