There may well be a special card but a simple "Congratulations" or "Well Done!" card would be fine.

Buy a blank card...the art print type...with a book theme. Then compose your own message.

you should be able to get cards that just say "Congratulations!" without adding "... on your baby!" or "... on your GCSEs!" Then you can write in "on your book" or whatever you plese.
