Can't Access Facebook.

I've bought a new Windows 10 computer and my mobile phone is quite new but I can't access Facebook on either of them. The popup box says "This site can't provide a secure connection" and below that "Facebook.com sent an invalid response" the error being err-ssl-protocol error. I can't open Facebook to delete the existing account and replace it with a fresh one. Any help welcome

How are you trying to access Facebook? Is it with a dedicated Facebook app or is it through a web browser? If the latter, which browser(s) are you using?

hi It's Firefox on my computer and the links to Facebook that come up on gmail on my phone.

Hi,Sorry for the delay.Yes I tried the fixes but they didn't work.The tech guy in the shop told me that windows XP was too old for most modern sites etc.I can't even load my old scanner on my new computer (It won't run the disk)so it looks like I'll need to buy a replacement unless you know a solution to that problem?
