I can't see it causing any problems. The system will probably check on Ka... first, which should be enough (because you're a British citizen and known by that name on most official paperwork). If you can't be identified the system will look for Ki...
Lots of people use names that don't directly match the ones on their birth certificates but it rarely causes problems (especially if you've already got an 'official' document with a photograph, such as a passport or driving licence, that matches your face to your 'real' name).
