They closed it and sent me a happy little letter saying that I would be welcome at the Scarborough branch - further away, nightmare traffic, especially in the tourist season, and parking is hard and has to be paid for - the P & R also costs and is closed over Winter. Do they want customers or not? I definitely don't do banking on line and have no intention of ever doing so. OH does, and has no end of trouble, especially as they now want to send a text sometimes with a code - and we have no mobile reception in the house, so can't receive it.
