I have two ipads and would like to use one as an ereader. If I reset one of them back to factory settings, would that have any effect on the other one? Thanks

I have an iPad 4 and the only ereader app I can download is Kobo. Apparently, as I can no longer upgrade my iPad, it is not powerful enough to download to Kindle. If you went back to factory settings you might have a problem.
