I've checked on the Post Office website and dont understand the lingo. International Economy or whatever....

I have a Christmas Card to go to Australia and would normally just go to the Post Office and ask for it to go AirMail but I've left it a bit later this year.

I wonder if its too late to even bother sending. Will it get there if I send it today or will it turn up in the middle of January?

I think you’d be ok posting it now to go airmail - I’m usually late posting mine but they make it there in time - trouble is airmails not cheap :)

Thanks Seekeerz. My friend would never tell me if her card turned up in January, but I would find that more embarrassing than not sending at all.

I'd just get in earlier next year and she would think this years must have been lost in the post!
Last date for posting to Australia and New Zealand is 12th December (not economy) so you still have time. I've posted later than official date and it has stillgot there.
Maydup Thank you for asking this question and thanks for the answer cashier ...... you have given me info I needed and had completely forgotten to ask for.....pair of life savers both of you x
