My printer won't print any of my documents in Microsoft Word or Excel but it will print things like emails, or selected area of text from news reports etc. Would I need to uninstall Microsft office and reinstall it or is there an easier way? Thanks.
It's possible that 'Print only the data from a form has become enabled'. That produces blank pages when no form is in use. Scroll down to 'Printing Only the Form Data' here. Those instructions are for enabling that feature but you'll be trying to do the reverse. (i.e. you're hoping to find the relevant box pre-checked, so that you can remove the check mark):...
Chris, at last I found the 'Print only the data from a form' and it was unchecked so I clicked in it and now I can print my documents. You really are a ruddy marvel! x
