i guess it is, though how will the pub know they have voted, or is the vote booths in the pub, which seems unlikely..

They're trusting that, as you got close enough to the polling station to take a selfie of yourself outside it, that you actually went in and voted.

As I no longer live in Sheffield though, the offer isn't much good to me but I hope that Melv16 sees it ;-)

Are there not rules about selfies in polling places.

I'm sure that the guy with the Guinea pig hair had a son who got into trouble taking a selfie of him voting. A different country I know ...

As Mamya points out, Susan, the brewery asks for photos taken outside polling stations. However it's not actually illegal to take a selfie inside a polling station as long as the secrecy of the ballot is maintained - but it would clearly be unwise to do so.
