At the moment headphones are in the radio and so I can hear the radio but I wanted to hear from the TV via headphones but when I inserted them into the TV - sound from TV is coming through - not via headphones.

I've done this before but not working today. Any advice please.

Are you sure you've pushed the connector fully into the TV?

yes to all 3.

sparkly - no matter what volume - the TV just gets louder - then I tried the radio again and it's working via hphones. Am a little perplexed at this because I got them working last week.

Is there an option in the menu on the remote. Might be something under "sounds"
