Stained glass window ripoff!
1 Answers
A few years ago I designed, made and fitted a large stained glass window for a crematorium. Someone has told me they have seen one exactly like it in another crenatorium. I feel that they shouldn't be able to use my design, without my permission. Is this the case or does the person who commisioned the window now own the rights?

Of course, you would have to prove you created the original design and I suspect that the legal costs may outweigh any financial gain.
