I changed from EE to Sky and My HP ENVY 5544 printer doesn't work Is there a simple solution I have Lenovo laptop and use gmail PS I am not good at technology!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can we assume that you got a new router and that your printer is connected wirelessly? If that's the case you need to pair your printer with the new router.

Click 'Setting Up the Printer for a Wireless Network in Windows'.

Ignore 'Step 1'.

Follow 'Step 2' but ignore the last bit. (i.e. ignore '4. If you previously installed the software for a USB connection . . .')

Follow 'Step 3'.

Ignore 'Step 4'.

Your computer should then be able to communicate with your printer via your new router.

Having the same problem with my Mac and I pad. Done as advised but have to repeat each time I need to print. Envy does not seem to hold settings. Any advice welcome
