faulty lid goes black when i open it.
give it a little wiggle and screen flashes on/off
im using it now, as long as i dont move the lid/cover it will be fine.
ill need bring it to shop to get fixed, saying as im stupid , just how much approx do you tech people reckon this would cost to fix, obviously jo bloggs off the street knows damn all about this kind of thing so computer wizzkid guy in shop can think of any quote to come up with

Gradualy you are revealing the actual nature of the issue.. yesterday it was 'how do you fix a black screen'. Today you now give us another fault. I can assure you that yeserdays fault is the caused by todays fault.
If you think that the unit has develped a fault during normal use, why the reluctance to return it to the supplier. But if your screen is loose through mishandling, I doubt you will get any refund or replacement.
Instead of dealing with a 'computer whizzkid' .. why not try Currys for a fixed price repair ... £110 I believe.
