Please could someone tell me why 4a "Considered well upset seeing drunk outside" is ‘supposed’?

Well = So, upset = Os, inside Supped, drunk.
...Supposed - considered.

Thanks Nical. That’s what I ‘supposed’ (!) but have to say I haven’t heard of supped as drunk. Originally I was trying to use soused but couldn’t lose the ‘u’.
'Supped', past tense of the verb, sup, is real but probably never used by any of us!
Should not drunk have been drank? One wouldn't say I drunk a pint.
