Hectic Last Three Days.

Feeling a bit shattered. Had three U3A related Christmas days.
Wednesday was lunch club that I organised for 50 people. It was held at a local golf club. All went well but still stressful as to will it be ok.
Thursday was our Christmas party. We had entertainment with a man and his magic lantern. Afternoon tea that I organised with a new local caterer, food was very good but he arrived 45 minutes late and we wanted 10 tables of 8 and he did 8 tables of 10. So we had to reorganise that. Followed by a raffle that I organise, buying 12 prizes and selling said tickets.
Then today we had our Skittles, lunch followed by a game of skittles at a local pub.
Glad of a day off tomorrow apart from shopping but Sunday we have a family dinner at daughters for long distance relatives and I am doing the starters for that.
We are spending Christmas at daughters too.

I`m looking forward to January as well. I`ve spend a bloody fortune this week. £84 on afternoon tea today and that is just the last of it. I`m glad I`m going to work on Boxing Day because Christmas is getting ridiculous.
