I'm looking for a FDA approved pill that helps get rid of excess weight around the stomach. (I'm looking to lose about 5 - 7 pounds around my stomach...crunches don't seem to help. I'm fine with the other parts of my body - just not my stomach.) Someone suggested to me to look into Phytolacca Berry Tablets, but I looked for it on the internet with no success. (RELACORE is not an option. 1. It's not FDA approved and 2. I'm not overweight so I don't need that type of pill.) If a FDA approved medicine can not be found, something that has minimal side effects - if none - will be good. Thanks.

Try the abs diet, I did it when I wanted to shift the last few pounds off round my middle. It took about 6 weeks, but I now have the flattest toned stomach ever! Its easy to follow and will be better for you than taking pills.
What is the abs diet?
Its a specially designed programme to shift weight from the stomach area and build muscle. It works. Like many people I was doing crunches every day trying to get a flat stomach, but with no effects. The programme gave you an eating guide and an excercise programme, working the abs no more than three times a week, letting the muscles rest and grow in between. In 6 weeks I lost 11lbs, nearly all from my middle, and have a lovely little four pack to show ( I am feamil so dont want a six pack! lol) I got my books of amazon for about 2 pounds, theres the eating guide and then the excercise guide.
what are the books called kissyfur? they sound really interesting
The books are simply called "the abs diet". If you type it into amazon it will bring them up. Theres the basic diet you need to follow, then I bought the exercise one aswell to go with it. Only cost me about 6 pounds in total. Just think its a better way of losing the punds then putting chemicals in your body x
there are no pills that will by themself help with weightloss. I had the same problem and tryed pilates which worked well.
