How many of us go through the house with a fine tooth comb, change beds etc on Christmas Eve?
I do, my Mum did and now my daughter does , it’s a ritual that we go through each year even though the house is never messy, it’s amazing how many of my friends do the same too, it’s like we don’t want the man in the red suit to enter and untidy house ( ho- ho-ho)

I did a major "fine tooth comb" on Friday as DD was due down from London in the evening. My bed was done yesterday. I'll do a quick run through Christmas eve when daughter meets up with her dad. It's only to make room for pressies, mind you ;))
Do you only change the bed once a year? :-)

I don't think it would go down well - especially when on Xmas day - when I ask '' who wants pigs in blankets ?''
