Favourite Xmas Film?

There are so many to choose from but one of mine has to be Love Actually. God knows how many times I’ve seen it lol. It’s a combination of humour, romance, tears..... it has everything. What’s yours??

it's totally charming, has the lovely combo of Cary Grant as an Angel and David Niven as the Bishop.

Love Actually is my all time favourite film, I never tire of it.

I watched the Bishop's Wife as well, it was lovely, especially as the gorgeous Cary Grant was in it.

I know that It's A Wonderful Life would top any Christmas Film poll, but I thought it was horrible!

Sat through it once, the over-excited dialogue delivery, the clunky editing, the actual dark aspects in the middle, and the dreadful schmaltz at the end - dreadful.

But I completely accept that I am entirely in the minority here - its appeal simply didn't reach me at all.

My favourite Christmas film is Yellow Submarine.

Not sure if it is classed as a Christmas film but when I was a child The Wizard of Oz was shown on Xmas Day every year. So its my childhood favourite.

I love It's A Wonderful Life, but it's a very dark movie when you strip away the schmaltz.

I'll go for Gremlins or A Nightmare Before Christmas, if they're allowed.
