Overland To Cape Town.

A friend of mine has just set off to travel overland from Morocco to Cape Town. What an adventure! He loves his little journeys. 2 years ago he went to Antarctica and finished his holiday at Iguazu Falls. After this trip, he wants to travel overland from Tierra Del Fuego to Vancouver. I told him he'd do anything to avoid watching his favourite team, Rochdale!

A friend of mine who I met whilst climbing Kilimanjaro travelled around Africa with her boyfriend for 14 months on a motorbike. I think they set off from Southampton and ended up in SA. They took only what they could carry on their bike - a camping stove and a tent plus minimal clothing. What an adventure.

I don't know, CJ. I think it's a guided tour, but all by road. I'm not sure if there are any pre-booked stops but it wouldn't surprise me if there wasn't. Just bed down for the night when it gets dark! I can see him doing that.
