i would think they might have side effects if you have,d them prescribed from the doc you can report any side effects to him but i,d be more careful if you,ve got them off a website or one of these clinics cos their not so bothered as long as they sell maybe you havent bought any yet and just considering it, what you could do is just type in the name of them in google and i.am sure they will come up with some ifo, hope this helps.,
I had not heard of them, but after doing a quick bit of research have found info on wikipedia - it would appear that they are basically stimulants. It is true that these will reduce your appetite, they do this by releasing stores of sugar held into your body. Fine in the short term, however, long term use of stimulants messes up your blood sugar control, when it dips it leads to fatigue, mood swings, anxiety and sugar craving, weight gain and not to mention dependence on stimulants. There is always a price to pay for trying to cheat the body into losing weight I'm afraid. Take care - Amara xx
I tried them once and to be honest they made me go a bit loopy, LOL! I think there's quite a high amount of caffeine in them. It was a while back so I could be wrong and it might've just been psychological.
They didn't help me to shift any extra weight though. I was eating healthily at the same time.
