because if you try to talk or mention things.people say you keep playing victim your life is easy you don’t do this you don’t do that you don’t know what hard work is you haven’t been through nothing you have been through abit of bullying stop using it as a excuse . How do you keep what’s on your mind to yourself and not even mention anything on any questions or answers place not write it down neither as you don’t want others to read it any suggestions to keeping things just to myself but in healthy way .

Talk it over with close friends or understanding family members where there can be mutual support. The general public will be less keen as we all have issues of our own.

I can’t talk to family members or friends they have to many problems of there own aswell I just want to learn to like keep things completely to myself for a long time have not posted questions kept to myself I feel guilty for starting again want to learn to somehow just keep it all to myself not ever involve anyone else or feel like am putting things on others.
You could try Thought meditation
When you are alone, talk to yourself as if you were talking to an imaginary friend. Sometimes when you verbalise (say it out loud) concerns they become a bit clearer.
The Devil -how on earth can you 'non thought' meditate'
That's when you empty your mind of everything. Bit advanced that.
A hand written journal can be useful, even if you only sum up your mood in a few lines.

I looked it up about thought meditation I will read how to do it later thanks everyone
Ignore me, you don't even want to write it down - then thought and talking aloud as suggested above seems the only option.

I am not keen on writing things down as people will just read make fun of me or use it against me but good suggestion tho
I understand, if your belongings aren't private then it's difficult - mine were and when the day came that I felt strong enough I destroyed the journal.
It sounds like you may be struggling with your mental health, and these people are making it worse/ causing it. I wish someone told me to do these things ten years ago, i hope you take my advise here.

Cut toxic people (like you have described) out your life. Even if you're left with no one.
Walk for at least an hour a day, ideally in nature (woods, park, beach)
Get a dog if you can look after it well.
nourish your body with good food, but still allow your self some treats.
Listen to radio/ music wherever possible (especially radio 1 on a sunday at 4pm)
focus your energy on something positive you want to achieve ie a sport.
Do not go on social media websites and look at peoples profiles.
google the word narcissist, and know there are many of these types of people in the world. Try your best to avoid them.
