I use Windows XP (yes I'm the one) and whilst trying to access The Answerbank, I am unable to do so and the following message appears on my monitor :
This site cannot provide a secure connection...Unsupported Protocol
Needs RC4
Any advice ? TIA

Then how are you asking the question at the moment? If I were you, turn off both the computer and monitor, then wait for a few seconds, it minutes at best, before turning it back on.
