I share a *furnished, Gas-Central-Heated* 2-bedroom tenement flat in Glasgow, whose rent is 450 pcm, facility bills *not* included. And I do know that that is the appropiate rent for the property. I'd be very grateful if someone knowledgeable could tell me what would be the rent for the very same flat, **should not have GCH, neither any other heating system/appliances, nor hot water** (except in the shower, which is electric). Many thanks in advance! Alberto Perez, Glasgow

Sorry i don't know the answer to your question i just wanted to say that i didn't think that you were allowed to rent out a property with no heating, hot water etc. i though the tennents had a right to these basic necessities. I may be wrong.
