Your answer is correct. In plain puzzles, Azed does not make special mention of proper nouns. He has however added the epithet 'Devilish' in the clue to remove any potential uncertainty.

It is only in certain specials (eg Printer's Devilry) that Azed will state that all answers can be found in Chambers (together with any exceptions). Otherwise, Chambers is just 'recommended', so proper nouns that appear in the puzzle may or may not be listed there.
