I need a little help which is very urgent. I am applying to a few German universities for admission, for that, I have to write a motivational letter which will be in English. I want to know can someone help to write a motivational letter.

Fatima, you ask this a lot and many people are happy to help you. Just a little point: In English its polite, when you ask a favour, to say 'Please'. Your question title would be better ' Help in English Please?'

Because it's so personal, I think you will have to compose your letter yourself. There are plenty of websites offering help - here is a link to one that might suit your needs.
