Amazing how a space can be regenerated, looks good.

Some underground Victorian loos were also turned into a bar in Halifax, must be all of 30 years ago. I believe they were a great success. :)

We've had similar in Manchester for years, The Temple Bar is an ex underground gents toilets - I believe they washed it before they altered it. ;0))
