City by the bay is San Fransisco, don't know what street address u mean, Columbus is the University isn't it?
The university is Columbia and thats in New York. Columbus is a city in Ohio.

No idea what the answer is by the way just thought I'd stick my oar in!!
Both Mission Street and Columbus Avenue are in San Francisco.
How very strange, I can only assume you are talking about Tattoo City which is now at 700 Lombard Street. It originally started at 2906 Mission Street which was burnt down. It then relocated to 722 Columbus Avenue. It's run by a bloke called Ed Hardy, and is famous mainly because of a documentary made in the 1980. And this is about as provincially a question as I have ever seen on answerbank.
Lombard St in San Francisco.
Barbed wire + hearts are often used as tattoo designs, Tattoo City in SF moved from Mission to Columbus to Lombard.
