Hello. I am filling out an 8 page LTA plan for a private pension that matures this month. It would appear that only the first page applies to me as I have never drawn on any previous ones. Is this right?. Also do I need to apply for a Scheme Administrator Reference in order for me to be ta

LTA Forms differ between different pension administrato rs, so it is difficult to answer your question directly. I would say that if this is the first pension you have drawn upon, and the value of the benefits you are putting into payment is less than the current Lifetime Allowance (£ 1, 055, 000), then most of the questions on the form will be not applicable....

I would say that if this is the first pension you have drawn upon, and the value of the benefits you are putting into payment is less than the current Lifetime Allowance (£1,055,000), then most of the questions on the form will be not applicable. On my company's LTA form you probably wouldn't need to complete more than page 1!
The second part of your question is a little puzzling. I work in pensions administration and I am not sure what you are referring to.
