As a lover of a good weepy I was wondering what films turned other ABers into snivelling wrecks? I have loads including the old favourites like ET!! My most recent one is Brokeback Mountain which was an utter blub-fest!

1.Brokeback Mountain - broke my heart!!
2.Bridges of Madison County - especialy the bit when shes in the car in the rain, deciding whether to run to his car!!
3.Murder in the first - mostly the fact that it was a true story & how that poor man suffered.
There must be a few more but ca'nt think of them now!!

Cinema Paradiso, Beaches, Edward Scissorhands, Love Actually (hated the film mostly but the bit with the girl and her schizophrenic brother really got me) The English Patient , Brokeback Mountain and Watership Down. Went to see the latter with my Mom aged 4 and cried all the way home on the bus - still can't hear Bright Eyes without filling up. Oh and Life is Beautiful - went to see that at the cinema too with a male mate, went for a drink afterwards and I proceeded to cry so much and so thoroughly that a couple of girls in the toilet who'd seen me told me he 'wasn't worth it'.
i saw a film at a friends house in the 70s although the film
was from the 50s, it was a disney film i think, it was called
old yellow, about a labrador who fought off a wolf saving the young lad who was dogs best friend, the family of the dog realised that the wolf had rabies, so the dog had to go into quarintine, after 2 weeks or so they were ready to release the dog as they thought it was ok, just as they aproached the cage the dog started growling & foaming @
the mouth, so the father had to shout the dog,
the little boy had tearsstreaming down his face ( me too)
thats were it finished .
also what about shane.
