I havnt got a tv now, but when I did, just didnt let tv licensing in. (told them to do one)
Nothing they can do unless they have a warrant, and they cant get that unless they have some proof to present to the magistrates that you are watching tv as its been broadcast.
Lots of mis-information and fear mongering about re: tv licencing.
Didnt have a license for years and had no trouble.
Just dont let the licence inspectors through the door.
(As is your right) And withdraw their implied right of access.

Havnt had a licence for YEARS.
Still get harresed now that I dont own a tv
(and even if I did own a tv, I wouldnt need a licence anyway according to the BBC website)
I would only need a licence if I were using it to view tv as it was been broadcast live anyway.
