Hi. My cousin has a wireless laptop only. Can she enable this to be wireless all over the house or would she need an actual pc? Secondly, it has been mentioned that even with wireless you can get interruptions. Not sure what this is all about though. Thanks

She does not need a pc. She needs a broadband connection, with a router connected to the broadband modem.

The router should certainly have the range to cover the house - mine goes beyond my garden.

I have not had any interuptions in two years of wireless computing.
Ethel is right.. as long as you have a broadband connection connected to a wireless router you can access the internet from anywhere in the house even your garden.. i think mine has a range of 200 yards maybe a bit more
If you have a lot of other wireless devices (wireless home phones, for example), then you can get bits of interference. And the signal isn't generally as stable as a wired connection, but as ethel says, it's still pretty strong and consistent usually.
