I can't imagine WHY anyone would buy the stuff on eBay. Most shops would restock fairly quickly.

I've read somewhere, if you have the sniffles then loo roll is one f the worst things you can wipe your nose with :-)

you're lucky - I was at CostCo and they had no loo rolls and no sanitiser at all, and that was at lunchtime. Presumably retailers are buying them by the ton to resell in their shops.

ummmm, my local chemist has a sign in her window saying she stocks sanitisers; but when I asked, she said she'd just sold out and she wouldn't promise that she could get more.

I went shopping on our usual Thursday last week. I did my usual shopping list, which included loo-roll. I bought my usual 1 pack...… the other day - there weren't any! Now wondering if I was daft for not panic buying. :( (Well, there are always the good old cut-up newspapers!)

I tried all local shops for loo roll, only wanted a couple and all were empty. Had to order some from Amazon!
