You can't directly include a photo in an AB post but you can provide a link to it.

Click the Green button.

Navigate to the location of your image file and double-click on it.

When a thumbnail of your image appears, click in the 'Direct link' field to highlight it.

Right-click and select 'Copy'

Come to an AB post, right-click and select 'Paste'.
(It's best to put the link on a line by itself).

Job done.
