In bed all last night and today and still here.
So ill and down and depressed.
Keep topping myself up with pills to knock me out.
Trying to answer a few posts on R & S but find it physically taxing.
No energy.
Just a rant for the sake of a rant.

Hi theland... it isn't childish at all. Are you any better today? Please remember, if your breathing is particularly bad, or you are exceptionally low, both NHS111 and the Samaritans are both online too, if you are having trouble with talking. Please also speak to your GP... and let them know everything. I have no idea what meds you are on. As mamya says, don't overdo them, but they may be able to give you something either more appropriate- or just for use in a crisis xx
