I'm pretty sure I read that it was from River Island, but I can't see it on their website. They have apretty big sale on at the moment, might be worth popping in to see.

it is from river island miss moore, it was in the stores a good few month back probs got the new ranges on the website now but like you said could be worth a look in the sales.

yes, i have been in love with this top ever since I have seen Nikki in it for the first time, and have searched high in low in all of the River Island stores near me. I cannot find it in any of them. Im still desperate for it!!
