Coronavirus And Playing At A Bridge Club.
9 Answers
Should I stop playing at my Bridge Club, play twice a week and we normally have about 12 tables consisting of 4 people per table. Very close proximity, all handle the same cards and bidding boxes. Numbers have been going down where the very old have stopped. I am not as old but still in the at risk group, have no family who can help and my dogs to consider. What do people think? Thanks.

Yes, I am uneasy about it and was thinking of stopping the week after next anyway. I would imagine they will close soon if it gets much worse. Just heard on the news that there are about 450 new cases from yesterday and deaths have doubled.
You are right ladybirder, I am going to stop this week, dogs come first. I am also meant to be looking after my friend’s daughter’s puppy in a couple of weeks and goodness knows what would happen if they were all away and I fell ill. My other close friend died a couple of years ago from mouth cancer so I would be really stuck with nobody here. Funny enough, there was a Doctor on the news this evening and he was saying it was really up to the individual to decide depending on their circumstances.
