Cancelled Holiday

Just cancelled a holiday to Portugal. Balance had to be paid tomorrow but better to lose deposit than all of it

Good idea. Rain due here next week. All night clubs and discos closed. Restaurants to reduce capacity by 1/3. Shops to limit number of people in them. Schools closed. Bars open at the moment but with restrictions

If the travel company cancel your holiday you get a full refund as far as I understand. Simon Calder the travel chap said recently on TV, you have to pay the full balance and either the holiday goes ahead or if the company cancel you get all your money back. I've paid in full for a Mediterranean summer cruise so I'm just waiting to see what happens.

We have had our fare for our flights to Pisa refunded no problem by Ryan air,
We have a holiday booked and paid for in September,we are going to palachora
We can cancel up to 30 August money will be refunded by booking.com, so no worries about that.
