Dave has been trying to gather points to speed up his application for Irish Citizenship.
His "proposal" to me...... Do you think it would it help if we got married.....didn't go down too well.
To one of our breakfast gatherings to watch Ireland play rugby Dave took along one of his home made soda breads.
He's just received a message from one of the Irish chaps at the breakfast asking for his recipe.

He's convinced that will be worth more than a few points!

Just get him making some decent poitín and he'll almost certainly be granted citizenship (and quite possibly a diplomatic passport too) very quickly indeed ;-)
