Help With Email Address

Help! I am trying to email a lady and her email address ends @trojan.idps.co.uk. But I have sent the message twice and it comes straight back 'ERROR cannot find idps.co.uk'. I have looked this up and its Plusnet. I have checked, checked and double checked the email address and it is right. Any help would be grateful

Plusnet registered the 'idps.co.uk' domain name as an alternative for people who were transferring over from a free-online.co.uk address (after Plusnet absorbed that company) about a dozen years ago. Although the domain name remains registered to Plusnet, it appears that they've withdrawn the service from it. So the email address you've been trying is now dead (and possibly has been for quite some time).

Should you be trying to contact Marjorie Brown (who appears to be the only person known to Google to have selected 'trojan' as part of their email address), you might like to know that the charity she was involved with has now been closed:
