A Horrible Thought

Against advice I will be travelling to see my mother and sister in London. My mother is old and frail my sister has moderate to severe lung disease and other health problems. It dawned on me this morning that this could be the last time I see them. I can't stay long just enough to see they have things in place, that more than any official announcement has brought home what we are facing.

Thanks folks, mum really doesn't understand what is going on but she listens to me if I sit down with her and explain over and over..... I really need to stop her daily jaunts to the Sainsbury's local, and her chats with the local people she meets. My sister is in denial about how serious her asthma is, along with her fatty liver. Riot act needs to be read she really should not be travelling into Kensington everyday by bus.
I don't want to go I find it very difficult at the best of times
